He started off by working and completing several internships in France in Michelin restaurants, after which he worked under the leadership of Jaroslav Židek in Bratislava at the Camouflage Restaurant. He then went on to being the head of the prestigious Le Monde Restaurant & Bar. He was Executive Chef of the Medusa Group (the largest Slovak culinary group with 30 restaurants), the Salamandra Resort, and the Sliezsky dom hotel. Korbelič also represented Slovakia at the Bocuse d'Or competition in Geneva. Tomáš Sika’s experience started off in the kitchen of the Metodová high school where he worked after finishing culinary school. His unwavering desire to progress and improve led him to many kitchens of Bratislava restaurants and hotels, where he gradually worked his way up to chef. He supplemented his knowledge with internships in both Germany and the Czech Republic. While managing and creating as the Brand Chef at Medusa’s Clubhouse, he created a successful network of modern pub restaurants that are extremely popular to this day.
