Headed by Peter Marcina, the famed award-winning bar manager with a passion for the highest cocktail art, Mirror presents a “perfect world of sensory experience of beverage gastronomy” in the elegant interior of the historic Carlton building in the Radisson Blu hotel. The cosmopolitan spirit of the golden times of Central Europe is alive and kicking at Mirror, thanks to its setting in such a storied venue, which is now dominated by a lush impressively placed tree from the studio of local florist Róbert Bartolen. At Mirror cocktails are second to none; each cocktail served has a fine-tuned composition of flavors and is served in a unique, artistic way. Furthermore, the bar prepares their own syrups and tinctures, often working with local produce including fruits and herbs. The cocktail menu consists of their all day menu, Classy (unconventional twists on timeless classics), and their evening signature cocktails Art and Nature. The Art cocktail collection is “ a gallery - each cocktail has an unusual visual composition and becomes a work of art for a fleeting moment,” while the Nature series pays “tribute to nature as a source of endless inspiration and life-giving energy.
