Bratislava Bistros & Cafes

Located in the Baroque-Rococo Mirbach Palace is the lovely Emil Café.

The Mirbach Palace is a wonderful place to visit – besides being one of the best preserved architectural monuments in the style of Baroque-Rococo, the palace also plays host to the Bratislava City Gallery. You can combine your love of architecture, art, and coffee in one go at Emil Cafe. The café offers premium coffee, natural wines, hot cocoa, homemade sodas, and small bites to eat including sandwiches, delicious cakes and pastries, and more. Situated on the ground floor of the palace, with impressive vaulted ceilings and a lovely outdoor sitting area in the courtyard, Emil is a fantastic place for a little rest and relaxation amid the art. Whether you’re popping by for a rejuvenating coffee mid gallery wander, or you’re meeting up with a friend for a glass of quality wine at night, Emil café makes for a great setting. Atmosphere, high quality drinks and food, friendly service, and more make Emil Café one of our favorite spots in Bratislava.
