Svoboda & Williams Is the Exclusive Agent for the Apartments in a Functionalist Palace on Londýnská 54 and 56

Part of the six-story Functionalist palace (the former Vinohrady Credit Union) has already been expensively reconstructed. Common areas and interiors have been designed by the QUADRATA architectural studio, with an eye to preserve the original concept of the building. Work is still continuing, but once finished the project will offer a captivating blend of restored Functionalist and modern elements that meet contemporary urban living demands. There will be a glazed elevator and a security main entrance door, and the building will be equipped with a new boiler that will provide central heating.

Apartment interiors will be designed to a high standard that includes double-layer wooden floors, Hansgrohe sanitary ware, Vitra bathroom ceramics, large-format tiles in natural stone decor, rebateless interior doors, and security entrance doors. The units face the street as well as a peaceful courtyard and most come with a balcony or terrace. Future owners can also purchase a cellar storage unit.

The Londýnská 54 and 56 project stands on one of the main streets in Vinohrady, in a popular area by a busy intersection in terms of traffic and urban amenities.
