Svoboda & Williams' listings are now expanded by apartments in a luxury residential project, which is currently under construction in a popular Brno recreational area. In the first phase of the sale, buyers can choose from 26 units ranging from studios to generously apportioned penthouses.
Nová Myslivna brings a unique style of living to Brno, where quality architecture and an exceptional location in the middle of greenery meet first-class services. The residential project will offer units with layouts from studios to four-bedroom. "In the initial sales phase, we are offering a mix of all the available layouts, designed to satisfy the needs of clients of all ages and stages," says Zdeněk Vojtek, regional director of Svoboda & Williams' Moravian branches.
Compared to similar residential projects, Nová Myslivna stands out for the generous size of its offered units. "We recognize that there is considerable interest in family housing in the local market. We are ready to respond flexibly to this demand and, if requested, to merge smaller units into larger units," says Miroslav Gebas, a representative of Infinity Estate. It will also be possible to acquire a parking space for each unit.
The building, designed by the renowned architectural firm KYZLINK ARCHITECTS, will be built in a forest park in the Masaryk Grove. It will create an ideal home for those who want to relax in nature, yet want to live within easy reach of the exciting city. "Views of the treetops outside the apartments' windows, or the connection between the interior and the exterior are some of Nová Myslivna's other benefits," adds Vojtek. While the ground-floor apartments will be extended by front gardens, the units on the higher floors will come with balconies. The most demanding clients can choose from several exclusive penthouses with large terraces.
In addition to high-class living, Nová Myslivna will also provide its residents with superior services: from a daytime reception, relaxation in a wellness and fitness zone, to culinary experiences accompanied by impressive views of the city from the rooftop restaurant. From its terraces you can enjoy phenomenal views of the towers of Špilberk or Petrov or the picturesque Pavlov Hills in the distance. The construction of Nová Myslivna will also be accompanied by the revitalization of the surrounding area: in addition to a parkling lot for residents and visitors or the improvement of bike paths, there will also be outdoor sports areas, a playground for children, and a new bus stop.
Construction started in May 2024, and the project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026.
