There will be one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments with floor areas from 38 sq. m. to 145 sq. m. Each apartment comes with a spacious balcony, terrace, or front garden. Standard equipment will include large-format insulated triple-glazed French aluminum windows, underfloor heating, a fan coil ceiling cooling system, a preparation for motorized exterior blinds, laminate floors, interior doors, bathroom tiles, sanitary ware, Kludi faucets, showers, and toilets.
Above-standard equipment will include higher quality materials, wooden floors, rebateless interior doors, larger format tiles in the bathroom, Hansgrohe faucets. Purchasing the apartment comes with an obligation to buy a cellar storage unit and at least one parking space in the garage. The price of a cellar storage unit is EUR 1,200/sq. m., unit sizes from 2 to 24 sq. m. The price of a parking space ranges from EUR 10,990/space to EUR 19,990/space.
