Four industrial-style penthouses occupy the 13th and 14th floors of a building redesigned by architect Petr Drexler. These generously proportioned residences, ranging from 177 m² to 292 m², are complemented by grand terraces and balconies. Each unit comes with ample parking spaces and a private storage unit. The shared amenities provide an exceptional environment for leisure, including a wellness area, fitness center, cardio zone, cinema/party room, glass-walled swimming pool, sauna, and a stylish lobby—all designed to the highest standards. A concierge service is available at the reception, and a communal rooftop terrace features a sauna and a barbecue area. A unique highlight and a rarity in Prague is the car elevator that allows direct access to selcted penthouses.

These unique penthouses, with floor areas ranging from 177 m² to 292 m² and ceiling heights exceeding 4 meters, are offered as open-plan shell & core spaces, with the option to be fully finished in collaboration with architects. Each unit is crowned by an expansive rooftop terrace, providing panoramic views of the surroundings. Multiple parking spaces and at least one storage unit are included with each penthouse.
