In the event that we represent landlords in commercial real estate matters (the lease of offices, retail space, warehouses or storage space, etc.), we charge a commission of 15 to 29% of the gross average annual rent not including incentives and/or other discounts (AAR). Commissions are earned when a lease contract is signed. The commission plus VAT is payable upon signing the lease and upon receipt of the first payment of the rent and/or the security deposit.
In the event that we represent tenants (T-Rep) and negotiate lease conditions, the commission will be calculated as a percentage of the client’s achieved savings and so does not represent an additional cost for the tenant.
