This mountain apartment, the largest in this recreational building with a swimming pool, playground, and other facilities in the middle of the Jizera Mountains Protected Landscape Area, is ideally located right by several slopes, hiking trails, and near restaurants or a natural swimming pool. The unit is approved as a non-residential space intended for recreation; special legal conditions apply.

The layout consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area, 1 interconnecting room, 2 separate bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a hallway.

Right next to the building is a ski slope, and a water reservoir is a 20-minute walk away. The surrounding area offers many hiking and bike paths, used for cross-country skiing in winter, and the Jizerská 50 route is close-by. The place is about a 30-minute drive from Liberec and 1.5 hours from Prague.
