This spacious family house with wonderful views of the Beskydy Mountains and the landscape of the Moravian Gate was created by converting a former granary from the 16th century together with a second building and a barn. Surrounded by a large plot of land with no direct neighbours, the homestead is in a wonderful green and completely quiet place under Babí Mountain near the Těrlicko water reservoir. It is also suitable as a guesthouse.

This set of two connected houses and a barn (garage) consists of an older house (former granary) with a hall, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The living room has access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are 4 rooms, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. In the basement with original brick vaults are 2 refrigerated wine cellars, a wine room with seating, and storage areas. The house also includes a sitting area with a summer kitchen and a fireplace, which can be completely enclosed with sliding windows. Next door is an outdoor smokehouse. This house has a large entrance from the driveway with the possibility of parking right next to the house (approx. 2-3 cars). The second house (from the 1950s), originally used as a dormitory, also has 3 above-ground floors. On the ground floor is a fitness and wellness area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and bathroom, on the first floor are 3 separate rooms with a bathroom, and in the attic is a room with a private bathroom. Even this house with a separate side entrance has a full basement, part of which serves as an engine room for the pool and part of it as a storage space and utility room. The house has a large fenced ornamental garden guaranteeing perfect privacy. The barn provides parking for up to 20 cars, and there is also a doghouse with a run on the property.

The buildings have been gradually reconstructed since the 1990s, the Canadian shingle roof is from 2000, and the barn has a new roof (from 2022). Windows are plastic; floors are laminate or ceramic tiled. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and heat is provided by a Vaillant gas boiler and a fireplace with vents to the upper floor. The entrance and interior doors are made of oak. There is air-conditioning in the living room and cellars, the swimming pool is stainless steel with a counter-current system, and the property is guarded by a security system with sensors and cameras. The garden is maintained by an irrigation system connected to a well with utility water.

This very quiet place has an ideal location on the edge of the village, with only forests and meadows adjacent to the land. At the same time, it is an excellently accessible place with a bus stop almost by the house, and you can quickly get to the D48 highway by car. Complete civic amenities are available in Český Těšín, about a 5-minute drive away. The surroundings offer hiking and bike routes, the recreation area near the Těrlická Dam and the popular Beskydy mountain resorts are close-by, and the place is also suitable as a home base for trips to Poland and Slovakia.
