This unique building with a stone roof and an fabulous garden stands on a large plot of land in the village of Trnov in the Kašperská vrchovina nature park in Šumava. The building, with an over 200-year history, was recently renovated and is suitable either as a residence or business premises. The excellent location on a southern slope in one of the most beautiful valleys provides seamless contact with the Šumava countryside.

The house is currently divided into 3 apartments (one on the ground floor and two in the attic), with their own entrances and outdoor sitting area. Each of the units has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a toilet and massage bath. The total accommodation capacity is up to 16 people, so if used for individual living, the house provides plenty of space for all family members.

The building with a partial basement was thoroughly reconstructed (in 2020 the lower floor and in 2022 the upper floor). The combination of stone and brick gives the interior a unique rustic look. Central heating is provided by a wood-burning stove located in the utility room, and there are additional fireplaces in each living area. An electric boiler for hot water is available. The source of water is its own water well, and waste is diverted into a sump. The price includes the custom-made furnishings shown in the photos. The interestingly landscaped garden with stone elements is adjacent to a forest with a stream.

The strategic location with wonderful views of a valley is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, and mushroom picking. Within reach is the Šumava National Park, which offers incredibly beautiful nature and the opportunity for walks and outings. It is also possible to get to the royal castle of Kašperk or the castle of Velhartice. In the summer, you can relax in the nearby swimming pools in Hartmanice and Petrovice near Sušice, and in the winter, you can go skiing in the Kašperské Hory ski resort.
