On the ground floor of the two-story building is a reception, a meeting room, 1 large office and 2 small ones, utility and hygienic facilities, and a warehouse. Upstairs is an open one-hundred-meter room, 1 separate room, a technical room, toilets, and a shower. The floors are connected by an interior staircase separated from the rooms.

This original carpentry workshop with 4 m high ceilings has been completely renovated; the premises are furnished for the purposes of an educational center. Industrial wooden tabular windows (replicas of the original ones) and skylights reflect the building's original purpose. The floor is natural Marmoleum.
