The house is conceived as multi-generational; it is divided into 3 housing units (3-bedroom and two 1-bedroom). The main part of the house consists of a spacious 3-bedroom apartment (220 m2). On the ground floor is a large living space with a kitchen, an entrance hall, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a utility room with a shower. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub and shower), a Finnish sauna, rest room and a utility room. The second unit is a 1-bedroom apartment (66 m2) with a separate entrance; on the 2nd floor is a third unit – a 1-bedroom apartment (46 m2). The living space can be expanded with an attic space (approx. 160 m2), which has water and waste distribution and is ready for construction.

The house was built on the foundations of rural development as a new building with the use of modern technologies.
