This modern energy-efficient family house (half of a semi-detached house approved as a residential unit) with a landscaped garden is part of a residential development near the center of the village of Vysoký Újezd. The village, located on the southwestern edge of Prague, near the Czech Karst protected area, offers the possibility of comfortable family living close to nature and a golf course.

This modern residential development is only a few minutes' walk from the center of the village, where there is a kindergarten and elementary school, a post office, a restaurant, a convenience store, and a farm produce shop, as well as a suburban bus stop, which can be used to get to a metro station and the Metropole shopping center in less than half an hour. By car, a comfortable drive to Prague along the D5 highway takes only a few minutes. Thanks to the nearby 18-hole golf course, the village is known mainly to golf fans, but the nearby Czech Karst and Křivoklátsko PLA also offer other opportunities for active recreation.
