This renovated house from the 1970s with a nicely landscaped mature garden stands on a corner plot in a quiet part of Unhošť. The town of Unhošť, surrounded by forests, stands out for its wide range of services and excellent accessibility to Prague.

On the ground floor is a large living room connected to the garden, as well as a kitchen, a bathroom (with a shower and toilet), an entrance hall, and a room that was previously used as a bedroom. The traditional residential development is located on the edge of the town of Unhošť near the Povodí Kačáku nature park and close to the Křivoklátsko PLA. A bike path and a hiking trail run a short distance from the house. The city center with a state and private kindergarten and elementary school, a pharmacy, and supermarket shops including a renowned bakery is 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bus. The connection to Prague is excellent via suburban buses, by car on the D6 highway, or by train from a nearby station. In the near future it will be possible to use the modernized high-speed line to the airport for trips to Prague.
