A unique offer of one of the masterpieces of European Art Nouveau. All of the decorative elements on the facade have been restored; interiors correspond to the period appearance down to the last detail, and only the new maisonette was designed in a modern style.

The Malvazinky district, with many important buildings from the beginning of the 20th century, was created on the site of former vineyards and still retains its authentic atmosphere. At the same time, it is located within walking distance of the lively center of Smíchov, full of restaurants, shops, and office buildings; the villa is also located near the newly emerging Smíchov City district. Complete civic amenities are within reach. A bus stops almost right by the house; there is a metro station and a tram stop within walking distance. The location is very pleasant thanks to its large number of green areas, both in private gardens and in publicly accessible landscaped parks.
