This summer cabin, with a plot of land of almost 1,000 sq. m. and with breathtaking views of the green surroundings, stands in a beautiful location in the Central Bohemia Region, in the cottage area of ​​a small village near the Slapy Reservoir and two nature parks. According to the zoning plan, the land is suitable for individual recreation.

The cottage was built in 1967; since then, it has undergone ongoing maintenance and partial modifications. The building is intended for reconstruction; a larger holiday home can be built instead. The existing building has a 1-bedroom layout.

The house is connected to electricity; water comes from its own well, and waste is diverted to a cesspool. Heating is by solid fuels; hot water by a boiler. Parking is possible on the plot; access is via an unpaved road (a paved road is about 50 m from the property).

A very nice area in the picturesque landscape near the Střed Cech and Hřebeny Nature Parks. The popular recreation area of ​​Slapy is within a short driving distance, and the Český Karst is not far either. The drive from Prague is easy along the D4 highway and takes only about 20 minutes from the outskirts of the city.
