It's made out of Wienberger Porotherm Profi brick blocks, the roof is made of aluminum sheets, and the basement and plinth of the ground floor will be lined with stacked natural stone. Windows are spruce with triple-glazed panes; 4-5 m wide wood-aluminum HS portals will provide wonderful views. Heating is provided by an air-water heat pump; the entire house has underfloor heating controlled via a mobil app. The listed price is for a shell & core condition. For an additional fee, it is possible to hand over the house completely finished (with wooden floors, ceramic and stone tiles, bathrooms equipped with modern sanitary ware, and a wooden kitchen with Bosch appliances). The popular Dolní Morava recreation area with a unique suspension bridge is within a short driving distance.
