This cozy country cottage provides recreational or permanent living in a wonderful location near Kokořínsko, Český Raj, and the Jizerské and Lužické Mountains. Its careful while at the same time sensitive reconstruction respected its traditional style and its interior was refurbished down to the last detail, with quality craftsmanship elements, a wine cellar, and pleasant views from the windows and porch.

On the ground floor, there is a large room with a preparation for a kitchen and a fireplace, 2 rooms, a bathroom, and an entrance hall. The attic consists of an open gallery with a work corner, 2 bedrooms, and storage space.

The reconstruction of the entire cottage was carried out according to architectural designs, and all elements were thought out down to the last detail with respect to its traditional style. The new heat insulating windows are exact replicas of the original ones. The bottle-colored interior doors are custom-made from solid wood; the walls are not interrupted by any sharp corners, and the cellar with an original vaulted ceiling has hand-laid brick paving. The floor on the ground floor is oak, as is the staircase, and the kitchen and bathroom have Italian tiles. In addition, the original, hand-hewn beams give the ground floor a cozy feel. The building is connected to electricity and the municipal water supply, heated by heaters, hot water by a boiler, and waste is handled by a sump. It is possible to set up a parking space on the plot.

The location of the house allows for nice views of the valley. The surroundings offer many hiking routes and other sports activities; there is a place to go swimming within walking distance. It is surrounded by 4 protected landscape areas: the Kokořínsko-Mácha Region to the west, the Bohemian Paradise to the southeast, the Jizera Mountains to the northeast, and the Lužické Mountains to the northwest. If used for permanent housing, a big advantage is that there is a kindergarten and elementary school in the village, while wider civic amenities are available in the town of Český Dub or Mnichovo Hradiště.
