About the project
The Green Hills project consists of several plots and single-family homes with beautiful views of the surrounding hilled landscape. A total of 25 houses will be built within the project. It is intended for clients who appreciate having proximity to nature, clean air, safety, a dense network of cycling and hiking trails, as well as a comfortable distance from everyday necessities. It offers the possibility of buying family houses, building plots, or building a turnkey house. The project offers 3 types of houses: a single-story Meadow View bungalow with a 3-bedroom layout (usable area approx. 123 sq. m.), a two-story Oak House (3-bedroom, approx. 226 sq. m.), on the largest Sky Line plots available with a 4-bedroom layout and a usable area of up to 289 sq. m., or a Sky Line Panoramatic home (5-bedroom, 324 sq. m.).
The size of the plots varies from 600 sq. m. to 2,762 sq. m. The cascading layout ensures plenty of privacy. All plots have water, sewerage, electricity, and gas connections. The buildability factor is 20%. An asphalt road leads to the lands, including public lighting. The houses and gardens offer wonderful views of the surrounding hilly landscape. The selected house will be able to be adapted according to the wishes and needs of future residents, whereas some houses are already built and move-in ready. The standard includes black KM Beta Elegant roofing, white silicone facade plaster, white RI plastic windows with triple glazing, Quick Step glued vinyl floors, white Prüm interior rebated doors, plastic entrance doors, ABB LEVIT switches and sockets, Eurosignal optical cable, parking space suface made of concrete paving, a concrete tank for rainwater, a wooden or metal fence on the street side. Heating by a BOSCH gas boiler or RAY electric boiler.
The plots are located on a southern slope below wooded Děd Hill in the village of Králův Dvůr - Zahořany. Within a 5-minute drive, there is a kindergarten and elementary school, a sports hall, or a polyclinic; other civic amenities are available in neighboring Beroun, a royal city with a historic core. The place is exceptionally located between the Křivoklátsko Protected Area and the Český Karst Protected Area and, at the same time, allows you to get to the Zličín metro station in only a few minutes.
