About the project
The residence is a complete reconstruction and addition to a historic apartment building located on a quiet side street in a first-class location in Brno's conservation zone. While the building retains its original architectural character on the street side, towards the inner block, it opens onto terraces with large glazed surfaces. The apartments come in various layouts, so families, couples, and individuals can all find their ideal home here. Smaller studios in particular, have a high investment potential.
After the reconstruction, the residence will offer 28 residential units from studios to four bedrooms, and the most prestigious unit is the rooftop penthouse with a floor area of more than 200 sq. m. with a large terrace with greenery and wonderful views.
