About the project
This five-story building will offer 21 residential units with layouts ranging from studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms, and in size from 32 to 82 m². A generously designed penthouse with a terrace will span approximately 200 m² on the top floor. The energy-efficient standard, meeting the requirements of energy class B, ensures low operating costs.
