Římská 34

The boutique Římská 34 residential project offers living at an amazing address in the wider city center in Vinohrady. The area originally called Viničné Hory, later until 1960 Královské Vinohrady, gradually became popular among the middle and upper classes. About the project
The residence is being built in a unique Art Nouveau house from 1904, standing on a side street near Peace Square and the Na Vinohrady Theater. Wooden casement windows, replicas of original cassette doors, or decorative stucco reflect the building's history, and modern elements include Frevini parquet floors in a chevron pattern, glazed partitions, large-format floor and wall tiles by the Fondovalle Italian brand, or Treemme designer bathroom faucets in a bronze shade. Air-conditioning will ensure an optimal temperature even on hot days, and the home's gas boiler will take care of heating. Each apartment comes with a cellar storage unit.

Location
Vinohrady has been a place with great addresses for many years. It offers residents high-level services, well-maintained streets lined with magnificent buildings and rows of trees, excellent connections to the city center, and plenty of park areas for sports or relaxation. At the same time, it is a district of short distances, where it is possible to get everything you need without having to use a car and deal with parking. Comfortable travel by public transport is made possible by a dense network of tram lines and the metro (line A, to which line D will be added in the future). The Main Railway Station is also nearby, which, together with the adjacent park, will undergo a significant transformation and become a new Prague landmark.
