The multifunctional Guthaus complex, which is being created in a rapidly changing location along Račianska Street, is ideally poised to change the current area into a sought-after part of the city. - construction: cement screed approx. 55 mm floors, reinforced concrete and masonry partitions delimiting the boundary of the sales area, aluminum windows with insulated triple-glazed panes
- air-conditioning: connection points (openings in the facade, supply of the necessary electrical power and hot water), supply/exchange of fresh air 50 m3/hour/person
- cooling: cooling connection points under the ceiling - control valve, shut-off valve, and meter
- heating: connection points under the ceiling - control valve, shut-off valve, and meter
- sanitary facilities: connection point for cold water - shut-off valve with a meter, connection point for sewerage
- electrical installations: low-current data lines terminated at the border partition of the unit, including a low-current switchboard, electrical connection point - supply cable to the unit, billing metering of electricity consumption
- fire protection: electric fire alarm and voice alarm in the building, water distribution with hose reels and fire extinguishers
