Five luxurious penthouses occupy the most prestigious position on the 8th and 9th floors of two Diamanty Karlín buildings surrounded by greenery. These unique apartments will offer generously apportioned living spaces from 187 to 352 sq. m., which will be surrounded by up to 175 sq. m. of terraces. With their carefully thought-out layouts, the standard of equipment, and unobstructed views of the Vltava River and Vítkov Hill, they will significantly surpass the other units in the project.

Named Koh-i-Noor, Hope, Sancy, Hortensie, and Cullinan, the penthouses will create space for an impressive living area that will amaze you with its double-height ceiling of 5.9m and glass facade, thanks to which the interior naturally blends with the exterior. A carefully assembled composition of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, or 4-bedroom layouts with logically separated day and rest zones, the four penthouses will also have their own roof terrace, which will create a completely private oasis with a flat green area, space for a Jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen. All five penthouses will be handed over completely finished, except for the kitchen. The atmosphere of the interiors is enhanced by first-class natural materials such as wood and glass. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, recuperation, and a Loxone intelligent home system will create a high level of comfort. Each penthouse has a cellar, 4 garage spaces, and 1 electric car charger. Location
This until recently unused part of Rohanský Island is currently undergoing an incredible transformation into a modern residential district with extensive green areas and a promenade along the Vltava River for pedestrians, runners, and cyclists. Rohan City will be a prime example of a short-distance district. Popular bistros, restaurants, and cafes are in the area, and the new footbridge will make it easy to walk to another trendy district—Holešovice—and the center of Prague is just beyond the nearby Negrelli viaduct.
