On the ground floor is a large living space with a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with a shower and toilet), another bathroom, a spacious ski storeroom, and a vestibule. The current state of the 1st floor and attic allows for a variable layout. On the 1st floor is an entrance to the southwest-facing garden terrace.

The house has been partially renovated; it has new wooden Euro windows and a new tin roof with snow barriers. The ground floor is habitable and well equipped, the 2nd floor and attic are finished to a shell & core condition. Heating is provided by electric boilers, water is heated by a boiler. There is a water well on the fenced property.

A nice part of Harrachov with a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a small ski area with children's ski lifts provides a peaceful environment. At the same time, all of the city's services are within walking distance, a few minutes' walk leads to restaurants, a famous bakery with a cafe, and the boarding station of the Delta cable car. The beautiful surroundings offer year-round sports opportunities on the Czech and Polish sides of the Krkonoše Mountains. The drive by car from Prague to Harrachov is quick, the city center also has a direct bus connection with the capital.
