When designing the interior, the creatives from the Skull studio were inspired by the car elevator that connects the fourteen floors of the 60-meter building and allows the owners of select apartments to drive their cars almost to their kitchens. This is why the atmosphere of this loft was inspired by the Czech racer Eliška Junková. Clean lines, aerodynamic shapes, and rounded corners reflect a classic 1930s modernity, which also influenced the selection of materials such as metal, concrete, wood, stone, and glass.

The two other model lofts introduced by PSN last year were designed by the OOOX studio and Ivanka Kowalski. "Each of the fit-outs has a different approach to this industrial space. Clients can therefore choose the one that best represents their personality, or go for the shell & core option—a perfect opportunity to create an apartment according to their individual tastes," says Eva Grusová, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.

The extraordinary penthouses on the highest floors of the building, which are exclusively offered by the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency, provide limitless space for your ideas. These lofts boast truly unique proportions, with ceiling heights of almost 4 meters, floor areas of 700 sq. m., and generous rooftop terraces. Suspended right below the clouds at the same height of the Petřín Lookout Tower, residents can enjoy fantastic views of the city and sought-after privacy. "Three of the penthouses are currently available with parameters that are absolutely unique on the market, and there is still a selection of other premium units on the highest floors," adds Grusová.

Construction of the ambitious Vanguard residential project is continuing according to plan.
