About the project
The Máj Residence consists of only 6 units: 4 duplex apartments with gardens and 2 rooftop penthouses. The penthouses provide views of the greenery from their windows and terraces, and the apartments are extended by private gardens. The project with a green roof was created by the SENAA architectural studio, which, during the construction phase, called for high quality materials to be used and created an impeccable design. Windows are wooden with insulated triple-glazed panes (with motorized exterior blinds in the bedrooms). An elegant oak staircase matches the oak floors. The surface of the terraces is made of larch wood. Sapeli Elegant rebate-free doors are equipped with magnetic locks. Heating and hot water are provided by gas condensing boilers. The apartments are prepared for the installation of an intelligent home system. Parking is provided in an underground garage with a charging station for electric cars. Each unit comes with a large cellar storage unit, common areas are complemented by a small sports field.

Apartments
The residential complex consists of four two-story garden 3-bedroom apartments with the atmosphere of a family house and two generously apportioned air-conditioned 3-bedroom penthouses with two terraces. The layout of the apartment offers a social space on the entrance level with a dining room and kitchen that has acees to a garden terrace. There is also a bathroom with a connection for a washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with niches for fitted wardrobes and a second bathroom. The 2 apartments include swimming pools. The penthouse on the entrance level provides a large living area with a dining area, a kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery, a bright hallway, and a bathroom with a connection for a washing machine. On the top level, there are 2 bedrooms with a terrace facing the garden, a children's room/study, and a second bathroom.

Location
Few places that are only a short distance from the center of Prague have as many natural monuments as are concentrated in this location. Forest parks, unique natural features, swimming pools, and a golf course are all nearby. A tram or bus stop with connections to the Nemocnice Motol metro station is within a 3-minute walk. The Anděl Smíchov Center with shops, cinemas, restaurants, and cafés is a 15-minute tram ride away. You can quickly drive to the Prague Ring Road and a tunnel complex.
